‘Settlement Cairn’, sculpture of soda/lime glass in the form of an ovoid-shaped vessel with central circular opening on top of exterior. White colour throughout with band of grey around edge. Technique involved is kiln-forming, fusing and slumping. Secondary decoration involves diamond-engraving and fire-polishing. Sits on base of 4000-year old Irish bog oak.
